About the client
United Rentals offers a wide range of heavy machinery and tools for construction projects. While known for their extensive offering, expertise in the field, and stellar customer service, their digital experience wasn’t living up to its potential.
My Role
Over a two year engagement, I designed 20+ flows and high-fidelity screens for different sectors of the business, including Invoicing, Reordering, Finding a Location, and more.
I also led the restructuring and redesign of their porta-potty rental site. It was the crappiest job ever. Hahahah – I crack myself up. Actually, the work was very well recieved, and many of the components I created for those pages were integrated into the Design Language System to be used across other sectors as well.
